Yuáne ships nationwide across the Philippines, subject to courier serviceability. Shipping charges are paid by the customer and vary depending on the delivery destination.
What is Yuáne’s return policy?
For hygiene and safety reasons, Yuáne cannot accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, scent preference or individual product results. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, use the Yuáne contact form within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number, details of the issue and clear photographs. Each request is reviewed by a human representative.
